Rental Policy

Size:
So for eg: if it says the Gown fits upto bust size 40″ that will fit bust size of 32″,34″,36″,38″,40″. Accordingly, you can check the size before booking. All the Gowns are free size and are adjustable from the back as they have drawstrings(Dori) to tighten.

Alterations:
We will do the alteration as per your requirements (if needed).

Rent Includes:
The Rental includes the rent for 3 days (Pick up time a day prior to your shoot day after 5 pm and you have to return it a day after your shoot before 12 pm (noon). We will get it dry cleaned, sanitized and steam ironed. There may be minor damage like minor holes due to frequent shoots which should be acceptable and that won’t show in pictures.

Return of the Gown:
You’ll have to return the Gown a day after the shoot day as timings mentioned above. Every extra day will be charged extra if it is priorly informed or ₹500/- if not informed & delayed.

Security Deposit:
₹2000/- per outfit, you can pay booking amount (half of the rent) and block the dress for your date.

Deposit Refund:
Refund of deposit will be done immediately upon receiving the outfit back.

Courier Charges:
Applicable both ways as per delivery address.

Cancellation:
Booking amount will not be refunded if cancelled. Cancellation after pickup or delivery is non-refundable.

Date change/Rescheduling:
Subject to availability of gown. No charges for one time rescheduling. ₹500/- will be charged for 2nd time change of date.

Customized Outfits:
Besides this, we also customize any outfit you desire from our collection as per the requirements.(T&C applied)
